Tech Guidelines:

-Individual assignments and completion

Each individual scrum member had different roles. We didn’t just make the technical officer do technicals, or the Design Manager make the CSS. Rather we all pitched in, and helped out when the other scrum member was stuck. Here is our Scrumboard/Commits showing our major contributions this trimester!
As you can see each person had their own tasks. Whenever someone was stuck (for example Riya being stuck on content hacks, another member, Kammy, jumped in to help her)
Sponsor approval
We met on a regulra basis with our sponsor, Mrs. Dafoe who offered us feedback! We invited her to night at the muesuem, and just recently showed her our website and she loved the final looK!
